Booking and payment

A booking is only confirmed after written confirmation by email from Marianne ten Have. After confirmation you will receive a payment link; payment must be completed within 3 days. If payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation within one week of booking
• 90% refund when cancelling up to 2 months before check-in
• 75% refund when cancelling up to 1 month before check-in
• 50% refund when cancelling up to 2 weeks before check-in
• No refund when cancelling within 2 weeks of check-in

To cancel, send an email to Tenhave.bedrijf@hotmail.com. The cancellation date is the date on which the email is received by us.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: before 11:00
• Different times possible by arrangement

House rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation
• The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests
• Pets by arrangement
• Any damage to the accommodation must be reported and compensated

Liability

Bed & Boerderij Groenlo is not liable for theft, loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
